~ Romantic Husband ~

This writing to enlighten my sisters in Islam, to make them feel optimist if there are still good Muslim husbands among of them who mischief and cheat behind their wife….

Although haram love Affair spreading in our community we can’t generalize if all man are just the same, accuses all of them are hypocrite… astaghfirullah…

One sister told me

How wonderful her husband…

That day they visited a place outside the city.. They were late and missed the last bus…..So they had to walk home….

She felt so much tired and begged him to get rest for few minutes…Her husband said… she would die if she stop, she has to keep moving because the weather was so cold…keep moving will keep them warm…But she stopped and just couldn’t walk again…

Sisters.. You know what her husband did ?

He carried her [if not wrong he carried her on his back]..

That was quite long walk…She felt sorry for him.. and asked her husband to let her down…

But he said…“No…it’s a practice to me…. It’s practice for jihad.. if one day I go for jihad and I have to carry my injury brother, how could I feel tired and left him down…”

MashaAllah…so sweet…

Another sister shared me…

That day she was sick, she got vomit so many times….Her husband beside her whole day and night to take care of her, he lost his sleep…He patiently cleaned all what she vomit from her stomach without feel any disgust, in fact she herself feel so much disgust.

He carried her on his hands while she felt so much heavy to walk herself…..

She said to me… that one great thing if marrying a pious husband who love you… he will always take care of you…and always feel pain that you feel…

Another sister

She was in very nervous because her husband came home late..She called all people that she know to ask if they know where her husband.

What was inside her mind was very worry, not suspicious feeling. Because after years of their marriage never once he came late without inform her…That was the first time.

Alhamdulillah her husband finally came up. That day there was heavy rain…he was stuck in somewhere, he couldn’t call his wife because her cellular low battery.

They have so wonderful life. They share all things…, they use the same cellular number, use the same email address. Never let any secret behind… They like two bodies one soul who share all things together…

MashaAllah….

Rasulullah sallahu alahi wassalam said that ” the Believers who show the most perfect Faith are those who have the best behavior, and the best of you are those who are the best to their wives.” [At- Tirmidhi]. Narrated by Abu Hurairah

Lower Your Gaze

It goes without saying that every Muslim should spare no pains in lowering his/her gaze and preserving his/her modesty. This should occur in compliance with the Divine command given in Surah An-Nur: “Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and be modest. That is purer for them. Lo! Allah is Aware of what they do. And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest.” (An-Nur: 30-31)

In a hadith, the Prophet (saw) is reported as having said: “And the eyes commit zina (adultery). Their zina is gazing.”

He (saw) commanded Ali (as) said: “Ali! Do not look once after another, for the first look is for you (since it happens accidentally) while the second is against you.”

Story told just recently by Maulana Tariq Jameel:

“There was a companion of ours in Glasgow who became ill and was hospitalized. He was admitted for three days and on the fourth day the attendant nurse said, “Marry me”.

He [the brother in Glasgow] asked, “Why? I am a Muslim, you and I cannot become companions.”

She said, “I’ll become Muslim”.

“What’s the reason?” it was asked.

She said, “In all my time that I have served in hospitals, except you, I have never seen a man lower his gaze in front of a woman. In my life you are the first person who lowers his gaze when seeing a woman. I come, and you close your eyes. Such great modesty can be taught by none other than a true religion.”

The protection of one’s gaze entered Islam in her. She testified to the Oneness of Allah and became a Muslim. They both got married. By now, the same woman was and is the means of bringing so many other girls / women into Islam.”

Got Fever for Almost a Week, Alhamdulillah

I am sick now, I've got fever for almost a week. It just happen so suddenly.
My voice start to change too, well it's funny sometimes. Influenza.
Got pain on my head at night, and my fever increase dramatically at night too.
I am not going college yesterday, just trying to work at home from my laptop.

Not sure, I can go to college for tomorrow .

So, what is that the tittle mean "Got Fever for Almost a Week, Alhamdulillah"?
Yes, Alhamdulillah I've got fever. So then I know Allah subhanallahuwata'ala Loves me ....,
because I have a lot of sins.

Fever wipes out one’s sins and rids body from dead substances and germs. It is a blessing in disguise.

Alhamdulillah for everything what have comes to me ...

The Prophet said:

“When a believer gets sick or feverish, it is like metal when put on fire, the bad is gone and the good remains.” [Al-Bayhaqi]

He also describes the intensity of fever by saying:
“Fever is coal from hell, get rid of it by using cold water.” [Ibn Maajah]

The Prophet forbade the cursing of fever by saying:

“Do not curse a fever because it abolishes sins like fire abolishes dirt from iron.” [Ibn Maajah]

Imaam Ibn Al-Qayyim said: “I remember once, when I was feverish, a poet cursing the fever, saying.

The sin purifier has visited and left.

How evil it is when visiting and when leaving

She asked while getting ready to leave What do you want?

I replied, to never come again.

I said, shame on him, he cursed what the Prophet forbade to be cursed. If he had said:

The severe-sin cleanser has visited.

Greetings to it while visiting and while leaving

She asked while getting ready to leave What do you want?

I replied, to not leave.

It would have been better for him and it still would have left."

Allaah, the Most High, says in the Qur'aan:

"Help you, one another in al-Birr and at-Taqwaa (virtue,

righteousness) but do not help one another in sin and

transgression."

Giving charity on Friday is the best day of the week to do so. Ibn Al-Qayyim said, “Giving charity of Friday with regard to the rest of the week is the best day to do so. This is similar to the superiority of giving charity during Ramadhan with regard to the rest of the months.”

Ka’b(may Allaah be pleased with him)said :

“Giving Sadaqah on Friday is better than giving it on any other day of the week”

Thinking of My Life in The Next 6 Months

Abu Hurairah (r.a.) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe and a believer is one in whom people place their trust in regard to their life and wealth.”
(Tirmidhi Hadith 33 and Nasa‘i)

Its rain now in my country, and I am writing this while I am trying to finish my minithesis in my room. Almost done on Chapter IV. I can smell the fresh air :) , I mean trully fresh air because of the rain drop.

And start to think again and again, what would I be in the next 6 months. Am I stay here on my town or I go in somewhere. First of all, the fisrt on my plan is only how to make my online business succed and grow. It was my plan, Allah Subhanallahu wata'ala know best for me. Now, I am on the way .

By the way, last night I met a sister on chat from Guatemala named Amira Mayorga or known in islam name as Aisya Mayorga. She is convert and you can read her site on my sister list on my blog. Very nice to met her, I always happy to met new sister in Islam although I have many islam friend in my daily life (almost all) but not all go through islam path properly. That caused me looking for a sister which I have the same feeling, trying to be on true islam. And writing is always erase my tears.

Ok, I cann't wrote long enough because I should go back to my study.

Setelah membaca buku Meutya Hafid, "168 Jam Dalam Sandera (Memoar Jurnalis Indonesia Yang Disandera Di Irak)" untuk sebentar meninggalkan pengerjaan Analisis Sistem Tugas Akhir saya. Entah kenapa tiba-tiba rasa rindu pada kamera ku menyeruak, kamera yang dulu biasanya aku buat mengambil gambar untuk pembuatan film pendek. Kurang lebih empat tahun yang lalu. Masa-masa ketika saya begitu bersemangat mengambil gambar, membuat skenario dan menjadikannya film-film pendek.

Masa ketika saya masih berseragam putih abu-abu dan mendapatkan kabar dari panitia bahwa film pendek yang saya buat masuk nominasi, membuat hari saya waktu itu rasanya indah sekali...=) Saya jadi tersenyum sepanjang hari. Meskipun tidak diberangkatkan untuk ke Gala Awards Night di Melbourne, saat itu saya sudah puas membayangkan orang-orang yang ada disana. Film saya ditayangkan di Capital Theater Melbourne dan disaksikan banyak orang pada saat Gala malam itu. Kemudian film tersebut "berputar" ke beberapa negara, waktu itu saya sudah cukup puas.

Mengenang ketika susahnya mengambil gambar di dalam kereta api, mencari lokasi dan kadang-kadang "menyenangkan" juga melihat wajah panitia yang terkadang tidak menyangka bahwa yang memegang kamera adalah perempuan. Belum apa-apa saya sudah bangga duluan..., padahal sekarang juga banyak perempuan yang "mengambil" gambar.

Selain rindu pada kamera, saya juga rindu menulis essai namun karena susahnya membagi konsentrasi, sekarang yang saya tulis adalah bahasa pemrograman. Sungguh tidak pernah terbayangkan oleh saya sebelumnya, jalan hidup begitu berbeda. Kadang mata saya berkaca-kaca karena hal ini tapi saya tidak tahu pasti apa yang membuat saya sedih, mungkin karena sudah sekitar empat tahun saya berusaha mencintai apa yang saya kerjakan saat ini sebagai mahasiswi teknik informatika. Yang tentunya jauh berbeda dengan apa yang biasa saya lakukan empat tahun yang lalu.

Masa ketika beradaptasi dengan perkuliahan, ketika mencoba bekerja sambil kuliah ketika semester 6. Bekerja di kantor Hubungan Internasional dengan jam masuk kantor minimum 80 jam dalam 1 bulan, untuk ukuran part time cukup membuat berat badan saya sempat turun dan sering kali kuliah dengan wajah pucat karena kecapekan. Karena terkadang kuliah di pagi hari, siangnya ke kantor dan sore kuliah lagi. Besok paginya berangkat ke kantor dan siang kuliah lalu kembali lagi ke kantor. Begitu seterusnya selama satu semester.

Hikmah dan pelajaran harus dibayar dengan waktu dan tenaga, hal itu benar-benar nyata adanya. Dari pengalaman tersebut dan kontrak kerja telah habis, saya tidak lagi memikirkan bekerja part time di kantor dan akhirnya mempelajari on-line business yang saat ini sedikit demi sedikit membuahkan hasil. Alhamdulillah, meskipun mempelajarinya kadang tidak tidur setidaknya sudah ada pemetaan pikiran. Yang terpenting dari berbisnis adalah hal tersebut halal, tentu tidak ada yang mau kelak memakan api neraka. Tidak rela jika makanan yang tidak halal masuk ke tubuh dan menjadi darah daging kita.

Kalaupun penghasilan masih sedikit, itu seharusnya tidak menjadi alasan. Namun merupakan hikmah agar lebih banyak belajar dan bekerja lebih keras.

Seharusnya saya banyak bersyukur...Semua pasti ada masanya, ada saatnya dan sekarang masih banyak yang harus diselesaikan. Mungkin ini ujian dari Allah supaya saya banyak bersabar. Bismillah..., siapa yang tidak ingin kelak disapa oleh malaikat 'Salamun 'alaikum bima shabartum'.

Seperti yang dikatakan Al-Fudhail bin Iyadh yang pernah mendengar seseorang mengadukan cobaan yang menimpanya. Maka dia berkata kepadanya."Bagaimana mungkin engkau mengadukan yang merahmatimu kepada orang yang tidak memberikan rahmat kepadamu?"

Sebagian orang Salaf yang shalih berkata :"Barangsiapa yang mengadukan musibah yang menimpanya, seakan-akan dia mengadukan Rabb-nya".

Dan kalaupun saya rindu menulis essai, bukankah ini juga merupakan menulis ringan =)
Walaupun tidak bisa dikatakan sebagai tulisan dengan T besar.

Ketika Allah Hendak Menyapa

Kita, hamba seringkali lupa pada-NYA lalu seketika cobaan demi cobaan berdatangan.
Inikah, Allah ... tuhanku yang hendak menyapa.

Allah Ta'ala berfirman :
"Niscayalah Kami akan memberikan cobaan sedikit kepadamu semua seperti ketakutan,
kelaparan, kekurangan harta, jiwa dan buah-buahan, kemudian sampaikaniah berita gembira kepada orang-orang yang sabar." (al-Baqarah: 155)

Dari Abu Said dan Abu Hurairah radhiallahu 'anhuma dari Nabi s.a.w., sabdanya:
"Tidak suatupun yang mengenai seseorang muslim - sebagai mushibah - baik dari kelelahan, tidak pula sesuatu yang mengenainya yang berupa kesakitan, juga kesedihan yang akan datang ataupun yang lampau, tidak pula yang berupa hal yang menyakiti - yakni sesuatu yang tidak mencocoki kehendak hatinya, ataupun kesedihan - segala macam dan segala waktunya, sampaipun sebuah duri yang masuk dalam anggota tubuhnya, melainkan Allah menutupi kesalahan-kesalahannya dengan sebab apa-apa yang mengenainya-yakni sesuai dengan mushibah yang diperolehnya- itu." (Muttafaq 'alaih)

Keterangan:
Kesakitan apapun yang diderita oleh seseorang mu'min, ataupun bencana dalam bentuk bagaimana yang ditemui olehnya itu dapat membersihkan dosa-dosanya dan berpahalalah ia dalam keadaan seperti itu, tetap bersabar dan tabah. Sebaliknya jikalau tidak sabar dan uring-uringan serta mengeluarkan kata-kata yang tidak sopan, maka bukan pahala yang didapatkan, tetapi makin menambah besarnya dosa. Oleh sebab itu jikalau kita tertimpa oleh kesakitan atau malapetaka, jangan sampai malahan melenyapkan pahala yang semestinya kita peroleh.
